NOW HIRING – Warehouse Associate / 2nd Shift Cooler/Freezer Stocker

Pay: $22.00/hr
Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 4:00 PM- 12:00AM or until load is over
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Position Summary The Cooler/Freezer Stocker is responsible for accurately and efficiently stocking products in cooler and freezer environments while maintaining productivity, inventory accuracy, and product quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Scan and stock product into assigned pulling locations. • Cut case tops and prepare products for selection and replenishment activities. • Inspect products for damage, defects, or quality concerns. • Match product descriptions and labels accurately. • Maintain production and accuracy standards while minimizing errors. • Follow proper product handling and rotation procedures. • Maintain cleanliness and organization within cooler and freezer areas. • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards. • Maintain regular attendance and dependable work performance. • Protect confidential company information. • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
Must be flexible (manual labor + equipment work)
Equipment certification provided
Cold storage roles available (freezer PPE provided)
Safety shoes required (ASTM F2413-18 or F2413-24)
Strong communication skills
Resume and interview required.
Work Schedules are normally 8-10 hours.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.
Paid orientation (English & Spanish available weekly) Orientation is first day at 10am, next day full workday.
