Education & Experience:
- Experience: Previous mail processing experience is preferred but not required.
- Computer Literacy: Basic software proficiency, including the ability to use Email and Microsoft Excel.
Operational Skills:
- Communication: Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Detail Oriented: Exceptional focus of accuracy
- Technical Skills: Ability to sort accurately using both alphabetical and numerical systems.
- Basic Aptitude: Strong foundational math and reading skills with high attention to detail.
- Communication: Ability to understand and execute oral instructions.
- Teamwork: A flexible mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Physical Demands & Commitment:
- Stamina: Ability to stand for the entire shift, walk, bend, stoop and move about for up to 100% of the work shift.
- Manual Dexterity: Frequent repetitive motion, including using fingers to handle items, grasping, reaching, and pushing materials.
- Lifting: Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Safety First: No operation of heavy machinery or forklift unless certified and assigned.
- Availability: Strict adherence to the attendance policy is required, including the ability to work overtime and extended hours as necessary to meet operational needs.
- Work Ethic: A "no job is too big or too small" attitude.
- Time Off Requests: All time-off requests must be pre-approved by management.
