• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders received from company websites and other e commerce platforms for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Verify order accuracy by checking item numbers, quantities, and product descriptions against order documentation.
• Ensure all products are handled carefully and packaged according to company quality and presentation standards.
• Apply shipping labels, barcodes, and required documentation to outgoing packages.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked packing stations and storage areas.
• Report any product or order discrepancies to the Customer Service or Warehouse Supervisor promptly.
• Assist with product returns, exchanges, and restocking of returned merchandise.
• Follow safety and quality standards in all picking, packing, and material handling tasks.
Customer Service & Coordination
Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure online orders are processed, packaged, and shipped on time.
• Communicate with Customer Service Representatives regarding order discrepancies, backorders, or special requests.
• Assist in resolving shipping issues or missing order components to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Support the preparation of promotional or influencer packages as needed. Administrative Support
• Scan, file, and maintain digital and physical records related to online orders, shipments, and inventory tracking.
• Prepare and update daily or periodic order fulfillment reports as required.
• Support team members in related administrative and clerical tasks when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the department’s efficiency and overall customer
