We are currently hiring Pickers/Packers for immediate 2nd shift openings in Elwood, Illinois, United States.

Pay Rate: $17.99 per hour

Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays as needed
Overtime: May be required based on production needs

Responsibilities:

• Accurately select and pack customer orders using RF scanning equipment
• Frequently lift and move boxes ranging from 10–50 lbs
• Maintain productivity and meet daily performance goals
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Pick and pack orders accurately
• Use scanners or order slips to select items
• Label and prepare shipments for delivery

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Ability to pass drug test, background check, and E-Verify
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and consistently
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
