Job Description

Day Pickers/Packers Needed in Elwood, IL!

Starting Pay: $16.98/hour – Paid Weekly
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Fridays & Saturdays OFF!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Order Picking: Accurately select items using order slips or handheld scanners.
  • Packing: Securely pack items with proper materials (bubble wrap, packing paper, etc.).
  • Labeling: Apply correct shipping and tracking labels.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for damage/defects and report issues.
  • Inventory Handling: Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate with team members and supervisors for smooth workflow.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all warehouse safety protocols.
  • Other Duties: May include breaking down cardboard or assisting with other warehouse tasks

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
  • Ability to pass drug test, background check, and E-Verify
  • Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
