Night Pickers Needed in Elwood, IL! 
$17.48/hour

Essential Duties, responsibilities, and skills are included in the following:
  • Order Picking: Accurately select items from shelves or bins based on order slips or handheld scanner instructions.
  • Packing: Neatly and securely pack items into boxes for shipping, ensuring the correct materials (e.g., bubble wrap, packing paper) are used.
  • Labeling: Apply accurate shipping and tracking labels to boxes or packages.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing and report any issues.
  • Inventory Handling: Assist in stock replenishment and inventory checks as needed.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Keep workstations clean, organized, and free from hazards.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Follow Safety Guidelines: Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
  • Other Duties: May include other tasks as assigned, such as breaking down cardboard or assisting with other warehouse tasks.
