Pickers and Packers needed in Elwood!
Monday-Friday (Saturday's when needed)
2nd Shift hours 2:00- 10:30PM (HOURS MAY CHANGE; MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OT)
Essential Duties, responsibilities, and skills are included in the following:
- Order Picking: Accurately select items from shelves or bins based on order slips or handheld scanner instructions.
- Packing: Neatly and securely pack items into boxes for shipping, ensuring the correct materials (e.g., bubble wrap, packing paper) are used.
- Labeling: Apply accurate shipping and tracking labels to boxes or packages.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing and report any issues.
- Inventory Handling: Assist in stock replenishment and inventory checks as needed.
- Work Area Maintenance: Keep workstations clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Follow Safety Guidelines: Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
- Other Duties: May include other tasks as assigned, such as breaking down cardboard or assisting with other warehouse tasks.
