Our client, a leader in Logistics and Supply Chain Solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish/English Safety Coordinator to lead the development of and support continuous improvement of health and safety programs and initiatives.
- 1st Shift opportunity with TONS of traveling throughout the U.S.
- Salary range between $80,000-$90,000/yr. depending on experience

- Must have at least 8-10 years experience as a Safety Coordinator in a warehouse/distribution/logistics setting
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify and assess chemical, physical, and biological hazards.
- Develop and implement control measures to mitigate risks and prevent workplace incidents. ·
- Educate employees on safety protocols, including hazard recognition and emergency response procedures.
- Prepare and implement training programs to enhance safety awareness and compliance.
- Promote a culture of safety through open communication and reinforcement of safe work practices.
- Collect and analyze EHS data, including incident rates and environmental impact metrics.
- Utilize EHS management software and compliance tools for monitoring and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Engage with employees at all levels to gather feedback and address safety concerns.
- Support continuous improvement of health and safety programs and initiatives.
