Job Description

Temp-to-Hire Forklift Operators / Order Selectors

Seeking experienced Forklift Operators and Order Selectors to join a dynamic warehouse team. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity with a clear path to long-term employment. 

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Operate a stand-up reach forklift and cherry picker to move and stage products.
  • Accurately select and prepare orders for shipment. 
  • Load and unload trucks. 
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. 
  • Perform other general warehouse duties as needed. 

Shift Schedule (Monday to Friday):
  • Hours: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Pay: $20.00 per hour
  • Benefits: This is a temp-to-hire position, offering a direct path to full-time employment. 

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For: 
  • Must successfully pass a 5-panel drug screen and a background check. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proven experience in a warehouse environment. 
  • Experience operating a stand-up reach forklift and cherry picker is required. 
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
