Our client, a growing manufacturing company located in the Aurora, IL area, is looking to hire an Office Manager/Inside Sales Support Specialist to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail who is willing to roll up their sleeves and wear many hats.
This is a highly hands-on role within a small, lean team, where many processes are still manual and evolving. The right candidate must be comfortable balancing customer service execution, inside sales support, and core administrative responsibilities, while helping bring structure and consistency to daily operations.
Salary range: 75-85K (Depending on experience)
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm ONSITE

Office Manager/Inside Sales Support Job Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and partner inquiries
- Process customer orders from intake through fulfillment
- Perform accurate manual order entry, order confirmations, and invoicing
- Communicate order status, lead times, and shipment updates
- Support resolution of order issues, discrepancies, or documentation challenges
- Support sales leadership with inside sales activities
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, pricing requests, and sales documentation
- Proactively follow up on open quotes, leads, and customer inquiries
- Support customer onboarding, pricing setup, and basic account maintenance
- Coordinate with internal teams and international counterparts on production, shipping, and documentation
- Support inbound shipments and assist with resolving delays or paperwork issues
- Ensure accuracy of supporting documents, parts lists, and order details
- Act as a central communication point between sales, operations, and logistics
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions for a small on-site office
- Maintain organized records for orders, invoices, pricing, and customer communications
- Support light Accounts Receivable activities (invoice tracking, collections follow-up)
- Support light Accounts Payable activities (invoice matching, expense documentation)
- Assist with internal reporting and administrative coordination
