We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Associate to join our 3rd shift team.

In this role, you will be responsible for stacking bundles of corrugated material onto the automated palletizing section of production machinery. This fast-paced position requires continuously placing products onto open pallet spaces as the pallet rotates in front of you—ideal for individuals who enjoy active, physical work and have great spatial awareness (similar to a Tetris-style stacking process).

• Safely and efficiently stack bundles of corrugated material onto automated palletizing machine sections.
• Monitor rotating pallet spaces to continuously and accurately stage product.
• Assist machine operators with staging materials and maintaining an efficient production flow.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety standards are maintained.

• Experience: 2–3 years of manufacturing or industrial warehouse experience.

• Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive lifting, bending, and stacking safely and consistently.

• Communication: Ability to understand, read, and follow verbal and written work instructions in English.

• Flexibility: Willingness and availability to work overtime and weekend shifts as required.

• Safety & Gear: Must possess and wear composite-toe or steel-toe safety shoes.

• Reliability: Dependable attendance and reliable transportation are a must—your team counts on you!

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Ability to pass drug test, background check, and E-Verify
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and consistently
