• Load customer orders accurately according to route sequence and dispatch times.
• Organize and stage product on the loading dock for shipment.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Shrink-wrap pallets and secure loads for transportation.
• Determine proper loading configurations to maximize trailer space and product protection.
• Verify product placement and shipment accuracy prior to loading.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards.
• Maintain regular attendance and dependable work performance.
• Protect confidential company information.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be flexible (manual labor + equipment work)
• Equipment certification provided 
• Cold storage roles available (freezer PPE provided)
• Safety shoes required (ASTM F2413-18 or F2413-24)
• Strong communication skills
• Resume and interview required.
• Work Schedules are normally 8-10 hours.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.
