Flexible Start Times: Choose from 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, or 8:00 AM
Pay: Starting at $36.83/hr. + overtime

Plan, construct, modify, and repair parts, tools, and fixtures with precision
Set up and operate manual and CNC machines, including EDM equipment
Troubleshoot tools, perform tryouts, and recommend improvements
Interpret engineering drawings and use software to create models and prototypes
Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, etc.)
Mentor and train junior team members
Collaborate with engineering to enhance designs and processes
Experience: 6+ years in manual machining (job shop or machine shop)
Technical Skills: Manual milling, boring, drilling, tapping, turning, threading
Strong blueprint reading and basic trigonometry skills
Proficiency with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, comparators)
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a written and practical Toolmaker test
Someone who can step in and contribute immediately
