Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager in Training (AMIT) on behalf of our client, a leading car wash company dedicated to providing top-tier service and a great workplace culture. This is a direct-hire opportunity with room for career growth into an Assistant Manager or General Manager role.
Assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
Support hiring, training, and supervising employees to maintain a high-performance team.
Promote and upsell memberships and premium services to drive revenue.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor and maintain car wash equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
Oversee cash handling and sales transactions accurately.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Learn all aspects of the business to prepare for future leadership opportunities.

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or leadership is preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
