• Receive, unpack, and uncrate incoming merchandise and materials. 
• Route and organize inventory to its designated department or storage location. 
• Document damaged goods and/or shortages/overages. 
• Maintain records of incoming goods and check bills of lading or purchase orders on incoming shipments. 
• Endorse and verify shipment accuracy against purchase orders. 
• Make appropriate adjustments, if necessary (i.e., over/short, damaged product, change in size), and notify the department manager of discrepancies.
• Inspect product for quality, freshness, damage, proper size, expiration code date or “sell by” dates.
• Unload trucks and break down pallets that do not immediately fit in allotted reserve storage spots.
• Select orders for special store orders (i.e. add-ons), and stock product as needed.
• Pull products returned from stores off trailers and stage for check-in process.
• Rotate product properly, by confirming expiration dates.
• Open master cases for repack selecting.
• Must be flexible to work in other functional areas
• Load trucks for delivery of product to the main warehouse dock.
• Other duties and special projects as requested.

Requirements:

• Must maintain good attendance and safe work practices
• Must be flexible (manual labor + equipment work)
• Equipment certification provided 
• Cold storage roles available (freezer PPE provided)
• Safety shoes required (ASTM F2413-18 or F2413-24)
• Strong communication skills
• Resume and interview required.
• Work Schedules are normally 8-10 hours.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.
