KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum high school diploma – college a plus
- Minimum 1 year of previous QA/QC or operational experience in food manufacturing
- Basic math
- Good organization and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills (written and oral)

- All GNC Safety Training Required
- HACCP Training
- All Food Safety Training
- All GNC QA policies
- All GNC HR Policies
