We are currently hiring Production Workers for our Continental 2nd Shift in Woodridge. This is a hands-on position ideal for dependable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Shift & Schedule:
Night Shift – 5 openings
6p – 6am
Pay Rate: $19.00
Week 1: 3 days on / 4 days off
Week 2: 4 days on / 3 days off (rotating schedule)
Essential Functions:
Load/Unload products from feeder
Pack finished product into sleeves
Review product for quality
Make boxes and load skids
Maintain clean work environment

Job Requirements
Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts
Strong attention to safety and detail
Effective communication skills
Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting, pushing, and pulling
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Be able to work an 8-hour shift standing
Reliable with good attendance
Background and DT screen required
