Pizza Manufacturing Production Associate – Crest Hill, IL
2nd Shift | $18.01/hour

Barton Staffing is hiring Production Associates for a pizza manufacturing facility in Crest Hill, IL. We are launching a new Line 2 – 2nd Shift and are looking for reliable team members to join the team!

 Important Training Information:
This position is for 2nd Shift, but all new hires must be available to train on 1st Shift for approximately 4–6 weeks, with the anticipated transition to 2nd Shift beginning September 7. This position is on the Cold Line.

Pay

• $18.01 per hour

Training Schedule (1st Shift)

• Monday – Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Overtime as needed. 
• Training will last approximately 30–45 days

Permanent Schedule (2nd Shift)

• Begins on or around September 7
• Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 am, Overtime as needed. 
• Overtime may be required

Job Duties

• Package and inspect pizza products.
• Operate case erectors, case packers, and case sealers.
• Hand-pack finished products.
• Replenish production materials.
• Verify product quality and packaging integrity.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all GMP, food safety, and company safety guidelines.
• Report any quality or safety concerns to supervisors.

• Must be able to train on 1st Shift before moving to 2nd Shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a cold production environment.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
