Barton Staffing is currently hiring for a premier pizza manufacturing facility in Crest Hill, IL! A brand-new 3rd Shift Cold Line (Line 4) is launching, creating immediate openings for reliable Production Associates.
Position Highlights:
Steady Work: Full-time hours with predictable Monday-Friday scheduling.
Growth Opportunity: Be part of a newly launched production line from day one.
Competitive Pay: Weekly pay starting at $19.01/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Quality: Inspect and hand-pack finished pizza products to ensure top quality.
Machine Operation: Safely operate case erectors, case packers, and case sealers.
Line Support: Replenish production materials to keep the line running smoothly.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean workspace while following all GMP, food safety, and company safety guidelines.
Teamwork: Promptly report any quality or safety concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a cold manufacturing environment (3rd Shift Cold Line).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
Flexibility to work required overtime.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Job Requirements
Must be able to train on 1st Shift before moving to 2nd Shift.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a cold production environment.
Basic English communication skills.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
