Manufacturing Operator – 1st Shift Location: Woodridge, IL
Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Looking for a short-term assignment with great daytime hours? Barton Staffing is currently hiring Manufacturing Operators for an active 3-week project at a high-tech facility in Woordrige, IL.
Position Highlights:
Convenient Daytime Schedule: Finish your workday early with a 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM shift.

Key Responsibilities:
Assembly & Hand Tools: Perform precise benchtop tasks including taping, gluing, heat gun shrink wrapping, wire cutting, and wire stripping.
Quality Inspections: Conduct visual inspections of printed circuit boards (PCBs) to meet strict quality and workmanship standards.
Equipment Operation: Run light manufacturing equipment and basic testing tools following detailed production sheets.
Documentation & Tech: Use basic computer interfaces (touchscreen, mouse, keyboard) to log progress and review instructions.

Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
Comfortable using basic hand tools and simple computer applications.
Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to read and write English and follow written work instructions.
Ability to operate machinery and test equipment.
Ability to understand and follow health and safety procedures.
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Reliable attendance for the duration of the 3-week assignment.
