Barton Staffing is currently hiring Manufacturing Operators for a great opportunity in Woodridge, IL.
Candidates selected for this position will begin training on 1st shift until training is successfully completed. Training typically lasts 1–2 weeks but may be extended based on performance and training needs.
Please note this expectation will be communicated prior to starting.
Location: Woodridge, IL Pay Rate: $19.25/hour
Schedule:
Training Schedule: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Training typically lasts 1–2 weeks but may be extended based on performance and training needs.)
Regular Schedule: 2nd Shift, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Please note: Candidates selected for this position must be available to complete training on 1st shift before transitioning to the regular 2nd shift schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform visual inspections of PCBs to meet workmanship requirements.
Follow detailed written and verbal work instructions.
Read product sheets and production documents.
Operate testing equipment and manufacturing tools.
Use equipment such as:
Voltmeter
Calipers
Wire cutters and wire stripping tools
Heat gun for shrink wrapping
Perform taping and gluing tasks.
Complete basic computer tasks, including touchscreen, mouse, and keyboard operation.

Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to read and write English and follow written work instructions.
Ability to operate machinery and testing equipment.
Ability to understand and follow health and safety guidelines.
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections.
