Assemblers Needed – 2nd Shift (Woodridge, IL)

Shift Schedule:
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
(Hours may vary – must be available for 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts.)
Training Schedule: First week, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Solder wires and terminals, including through-hole soldering

• Perform visual inspection of PCBs for IPC workmanship requirements

• Follow detailed written or verbal instructions accurately

• Read and follow product sheets and process documentation

• Use various tools and equipment, including:

  • Voltmeter

  • Calipers

  • Heat gun (shrink wrapping)

  • Wire cutters and strippers

  • Taping and gluing tools

Qualifications TO BE CONSIDERED: 

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Experience inspecting workmanship

• Ability to read and understand process sheets, drawings, and bills of materials

• Strong attention to detail and reliability
