Job Title: Soldering Operator (1st Shift)
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00/hour (based on experience and testing)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Soldering Operator to assemble and test medical and military devices. This role requires the use of hand and power tools, fixtures, and test equipment to ensure high-quality production while following established procedures and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
- Perform soldering and assembly operations using hand and power tools
- Collect and prepare materials and equipment needed for production
- Align and assemble components to build complex units
- Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Modify or adjust components based on measurements and specifications
- Report any defects, malfunctions, or production issues to the Team Lead
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous soldering and/or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
