Our client, a high-volume precision machining manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician for 1st and 2nd shift.
Pay Range: $20-$32/hr. Depending on Experience
- 1st shift schedule 5am-3pm (training will be for 8 hours for 1 month, then you will transition to the 10-hour shift)
- 2nd shift schedule 3pm-1am (training will be for 8 hours for 1 month, then you will transition to the 10-hour shift)
Primary Focus: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Diagnose and repair industrial equipment including CNC machines, motors, pumps, conveyors, and automation systems
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems and electrical components
- Install, test, and calibrate new or modified equipment
- Complete welding, pipefitting, and fabrication work as required for repairs and improvements
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and compliance documentation
- Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and proper PPE use
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams on continuous improvement initiatives
