A well-established manufacturing company specializing in electrical conduit is seeking Shipping & Receiving candidates for its clean, quiet, and team-oriented facility.
The company values cross-training, employee development, and internal growth.
Responsibilities:
-Operate and or assist with running machines in the Coiling department.
-Use gauges to measure inner (ID) or outer (Diameter).
-Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the set-up man or lead man.
-Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
-perform but not limited to the following tasks: repetitive hand movements, bending/twisting conduits, lift/carry/move/push/pull material 10-75lbs
-stand for long periods of time.
-be familiar with the basic machine functions in order to perform the tasks stated above.
-be willing to accept and receive frequent supervision and assistance with regard to machine set-up.
-perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Steel toed shoes needed
