We are seeking experienced Sit-down and Reach Forklift Operators for a company located in Romeoville, IL.

Candidates must have experience with reach and sit-down forklifts.

This job can be Temp-to-Hire for top performers!

Shift Schedule:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepping pallets
Running a machine that straps and wraps pallets
Putting away and picking orders
Loading pallets
Responsible for safe, careful handling of product, and completing tasks and SOPs.
General housekeeping and stow maintenance in your work as required – example – Clean as you go.
Continuous focus on fostering a safe work environment by practicing safe work procedures and following all safety rules
Must be able to operate a Reach, sit-down or clamp forklift

1-3 Years of sit-down/Reach Forklift experience required.
Work Schedules are normally 8-10 hours.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.
Must be able to operate a Reach, sit-down, or clamp forklift
Valid driver's license
Bilingual a plus (Spanish/English)
Strong communication skills
