Position Summary:
The Deburring Machine Operator is responsible for finishing pet bowl products by removing sharp edges, polishing surfaces, and supporting laser marking processes. This role is considered within the same classification as a Machine Operator and requires attention to detail, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate deburring machines to remove excess material and smooth edges on metal pet bowls
• Perform polishing to ensure a clean, finished surface
• Assist with or operate laser marking equipment as needed
• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Accurately count and record production output

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operating experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Background and DT screen required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
• Repetitive hand and arm movements

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing/production setting
• Exposure to machinery noise and metal materials
