Job Description

We are seeking experienced Stand-Up Reach and Clamp Experience Operators for a company located in Romeoville, IL. 
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Candidates must have experience with Stand-Up Reach and Clamp forklifts.

This job can be Temp-to-Hire for top performers

3rd Shift hours: 10:00-6am pm Monday - Friday
Sat/Sun – 10pm to 6am in rotation.   One weekend work Saturday the next weekend Sunday and then off.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepping pallets
  • Running a machine that straps and wraps pallets
  • Putting away and picking orders
  • Loading pallets
  • Responsible for safe, careful handling of product, and completing tasks and SOPs.
  • General housekeeping and stow maintenance in your works as required – example – Clean as you go.
  • Continuous focus on fostering a safe work environment by practicing safe work procedures and following all safety rules
  • Must be able to operate a Reach, sit-down or clamp forklift

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 Years of Sit Down/Reach Forklift experience required.
  • Work Schedules are normally 8-10 hours.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk. 
  • Must be able to operate a Reach, sit-down or clamp forklift 
  • Minimum 1 year forklift experience in the manufacturing setting.
