We are currently staffing for a manufacturing client seeking a Level 1 Production Operator to play a key role in maintaining equipment performance and supporting a smooth, efficient production process.

Shift Details

• Shift Hours: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

• Overtime: Frequent overtime available, including weekends

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes

• Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance to minimize downtime

• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards

• Follow standard operating procedures and all safety guidelines

• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly to supervisors

• Maintain accurate production records and logs

• Assist with material handling and inventory management

• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
