We are seeking a skilled Welder to join a premier local manufacturing team. An industrial manufacturer specializing in engineered acoustic, vibration, and noise-control products. They design and produce solutions that help manage sound and vibration in commercial, industrial, architectural, and building environments. This is a fast-paced opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys an early start and wants to maximize their earnings with consistent overtime.
Pay: $18.00-20.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift (5:00 AM start)
Overtime: Consistent overtime available for those who want to earn more
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts and welding procedures.
Precision Setup: Prepare and align components using calipers, rulers, and other measuring tools; perform prep work with grinders as needed.
Welding & Fabrication: Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions to weld, fabricate, and repair components.
Inspection & Quality Control: Examine and test welded surfaces to ensure structural integrity and identify defects.
Safety & Maintenance: Maintain equipment and a clean, organized workspace to promote a safe working environment.

Minimum 1–2 years of welding experience (MIG preferred; TIG or Stick experience a plus)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Proficient with measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Familiarity with power tools and Machinery
Must have steel toe shoes
