A premier metal manufacturer in Elk Grove Village is expanding! We are looking for precision-focused Aluminum Welders proficient in both MIG and TIG processes. If you have a high attention to detail and a strong work ethic, we want to talk to you.
Available Shifts & Schedules:
We are currently hiring for 2nd Shifts to meet our production goals:
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years of professional TIG & MIG welding, specifically with Aluminum
- Precision: High attention to detail; must maintain high-quality welds within the standard production ranges to ensure "same amount" consistency across operations.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliability: Commitment to the scheduled shift and required overtime.
