Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sprayer to join our team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for applying coatings/finishes to products while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $19.60 per hour 

Responsibilities:
  • Apply coatings or finishes using spray equipment
  • Ensure even coverage and high-quality results
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Inspect finished products for quality standards
  • Maintain and clean spraying equipment
  • Work efficiently to meet production goals

Job Requirements

  • Must be E-Verified (employment eligibility required)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift as needed during shift
  • Previous spraying or manufacturing experience preferred (not required, if applicable)
