Essential Requirements:
- Have basic math skills
- Have the ability to speak, read, and write English
- Have 1-3 years previous experience in a similar role
- Have experience using Microsoft Office products
- Know how to handle complexity in a fast pace manufacturing environment
- Be able to work overtime on a regular basis
- Be able to lift frequently 3-25 pounds and infrequently 25-40 pounds, as well as regularly bend and reach
- Be able to stand for an entire eight hour shift
- Be able to work independently and also with a team
- Have the ability to identify unsafe conditions and report them to the department team leader, supervisor, manager, or EH&S Specialist
- Basic distribution knowledge
- Ability to work overtime on a regular basis
- Excellent attendance
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass a 10-Panel Drug Screen.
- Must pass a Background Check
- Must be eager to Grow & Learn.
