Job Description

3RD SHIFT LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY
Fryer Operator 
Glendale Heights, IL 
  • Hours: 8:30pm-6:30am (Must be able to work weekends)
    Pay: $18.50 / hour

Responsibilities: 

  • Start, stop, and monitor the fryer & supporting equipment 

  • Adjust temperature, pressure flow & check oil levels 

  • Ensure product meets specifications (time, temp, weight, appearance)

  • Adhere strictly to food safety standards (HACCP, GMPs) & government regulations, preventing contamination.
  • Report any quality or food safety issues
  • Material Handling duties
  • Lifting up to 50lbs
 

Job Requirements

Must pass a 5-Panel Drug Screen.
Must pass a Background Check.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Must be able to work overtime and weekends.
