CNC Swiss Programmer – 1st Shift | Direct Hire | Franklin Park, IL
Our client, a precision manufacturing company in Franklin Park, is seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Programmer to join their team on 1st shift. This is a direct-hire opportunity with long-term stability!

Schedule & Pay:
1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 6am–3pm & Saturdays: 6am–11am
Pay Range: $30–$35/hr PLUS depending on experience

What You’ll Do
  • Program CNC Swiss lathes using Esprit, PartMaker, GibbsCAM Swiss, or Mastercam
  • Write, edit, and optimize G-code
  • Perform setups, prove-outs, and troubleshooting on the floor
  • Reduce cycle times and scrap while maintaining ±0.0001" tolerances
  • Create setup sheets, tool lists, and process documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve maneuverability

Job Requirements

What You Bring
  • 4+ years of CNC Swiss lathe programming experience
  • Strong Swiss CAM programming software skills (Esprit, PartMaker, GibbsCAM Swiss, Mastercam, etc)
  • Hands-on setup and troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to hold extremely tight tolerances
  • Strong problem-solving and process-improvement mindset
  • Ability to read blueprints & apply GD&T
