Maintenance Crib Specialist

Monday to Friday: 7am-3:30pm
JOB PURPOSE
The Maintenance Crib Specialist is responsible for the overall design and organization of the maintenance crib storage area.
Furthermore, the person is responsible for determining which critical spares are required to support production by working cross functionally to
develop critical spares list per machine.
This position will develop a process to ensure that tools, equipment, and supplies are properly issued, tracked, maintained, and stored to
promote safety, efficiency, and accountability across the factory.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The primary responsibility will be to re-organize the factory maintenance crib to ensure critical spares are maintained at sufficient stock levels.
- This position ensures tools, equipment, and supplies are properly issued, tracked, maintained, and stored to promote safety, efficiency, and accountability across the plant.
- Organize and improve the overall maintenance crib area.
- Develop Replenishment Quantities for critical spare parts.
- Develop Check-in/Check-out Process of the spare parts to ensure accurate inventory of the crib.
- Develop PO tracking Reports to ensure Parts are on order and received in a timely manner from vendors while expediting parts as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure tool crib area at all times.
- Assist with basic cleaning, organization, labeling of the crib.
- Communicate with supervisors and maintenance teams regarding spare parts availability and needs.
- Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and industry best practices.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and a safety-first culture.
