This position provides guidance & leadership to assigned assembler.

• Assists with managing 4-6 associates in the warehouse and shipping & receiving areas.
• Monitors, train, and coach new and current associates on shipping, receiving, put away, and picking responsibilities based on job function.
• Performs all warehouse functions within each department.
• Work with Warehouse Manager to ensure daily department tasks are achieved.
• Reports inconsistencies and/or problems to the Warehouse Manager.
• Provides direction and supervision to department employees in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.
• Will operate the sit-down, reach truck, electric pallet jack, and pallet jack.
• Ensures team members are operating safely every day.
• Operate 16-26 Ft. company vehicle to transport games to and from JJP locations and/or picking up parts from local vendors.
• Ability to work overtime, irregular hours, or rotating shifts, required.
• Completes other job-related duties at the discretion of management.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• A minimum of 2-3 years of warehouse, shipping & receiving experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer/WMS skills and RF Scanner experience preferred.
• Box truck experience preferred.
• Successful completion of forklift training program.
• Speak, write, and understand English; Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
• Clean driving record is a must.
