Our client, a privately-owned electro-mechanical assembler, is adding an experienced 1st Shift Production Supervisor to join their growing team!
The qualified candidate will have a confident demeanor with the ability to motivate employees and increase productivity.
Previous experience with manufacturing is required. Experience with Electro-Mechanical assembly would be a HUGE plus.
Ability to communicate with employees in English and Spanish is required.
- Compensation Range: $60,000 to $65,000/yr. (Depending on Experience)
- Shift hours:1st shift 6:45am-3:45pm with some OT/Saturdays as needed

Essential Functions:
- Supervises Group Leads and Assemblers in assigned production areas.
- Manage inventory levels and handle parts requests for the production line.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies, addressing any issues promptly.
- Support the Production Manager to meet production goals and deadlines
- Monitor workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Track attendance, approve time-off requests, and report absences or tardiness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace that promotes efficiency and quality.
- Review production metrics and collaborate with the Production Manager to develop data-driven solutions.
