Now Hiring: Customer Service Clerk (Epicor/Vantage ERP)
Location: Des Plaines, IL
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
Are you highly computer-savvy with experience in manufacturing customer service? Barton Staffing is looking for an experience Customer Service Representative who can hit the ground running with Epicor/Vantage ERP systems.
What You'll Do:
Provide top-tier support via phone, email, and chat.
Handle high-accuracy data entry, order processing, and account management.
Navigate Epicor/Vantage ERP and CRM systems seamlessly.
Make confident outbound follow-up calls to clients.
What You'll Bring:
Must be computer-savvy with direct experience in Epicor or Vantage ERP software, and Microsoft Office applications.
Background in manufacturing customer service or call centers is a huge plus.
Knowledge of customer service best practices, including effective problem-solving and conflict resolution techniques.
Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and professional phone etiquette.
Bilingual abilities are a plus!
