We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to lead and support our client's team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is essential in ensuring production goals are met, maintaining safety standards, and developing team members within the Molding Department.

Shift: 1st Shift - Direct Hire Position
Location: Broadview, Illinois
Salary Range: 80-90K depending on experience
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals. Make necessary adjustments to ensure production schedule is being met.
- Responsible for following Lean Manufacturing Concepts and safety policies.
- Oversee the training and development of team members in regards to safety, machine operation and company procedures.
- Work with other departments to improve operating procedures while maintaining their individual production requirements.
- Maintain and efficiently perform production assignment/ expectations from Plant Manager within allotted time period per the production schedule.
- Provide real-time information and reports to management and accurately enter information in Plex-ERP Software.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Inspect materials, products, or equipment for detect defects or malfunctions, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Work with Human Resources in the areas of hiring, discipline, employee relation concerns, development and termination of team members.
- Work with Purchasing to order necessary supplies.
