Our client, a fast-paced, growing manufacturing company located in Broadview, IL is adding an experienced Quality Inspector to their team on 2nd Shift.

The qualified candidate will inspect products manufactured in-house or processed by outside vendors to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
- Schedule: 2nd Shift 2:30pm to 11:00pm M-F
- Pay range:$19 to $29/hr. depending on experience

Quality Inspector Job Description:
- Inspect, test, or measure materials, products, installations, and work for conformance to specifications.
- Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments.
- Notify supervisors and other personnel about production problems and assist in identifying and correcting these problems.
- Record inspection or test data, such as weights, temperatures, grades, or moisture content, and quantities inspected or graded.
- Updates and enters Quality Department’s data into Plex software.
- Process blueprints through the entire Department.
- Follow all company safety rules and IATF requirements and maintain work area within the lean guidelines.
- Assist in training of operators on proper use of inspection equipment and inspection techniques, monitoring/auditing inspection activities and documenting results.
