Robot Programmer, Tube Welder & Fabricator
Our client, a stable and growing manufacturing company in Bartlett, is looking to add an experience Robot Programmer, Tube Welder, and Fabricator to their team.

Shift Hours:
2nd shift – 3:30 PM – 12 AM OR 3:30 PM – 2 AM, if OT is assigned.
Must be able to work Saturdays if OT is assigned.
Must be able to train on 1st shift 5 AM – 1:30 PM
Pay Rate:
$20.00/hr plus $1.00/hr shift premium
Job Description
1. Perform duties to set-up and operate equipment to weld tubing.
2. Work from prints, work orders and instructions:
3. Sets up, adjusts and operates tube mills/welders to form tubing by the use of resistance, inert arc or gas welding processes.
4. Loads strip and guides through “lead-in” or profile rolls to form tube in preparation of welding process.
5. Adjusts welding equipment to achieve proper weld.
6. Cuts tubing to length and places in temporary storage racks.
7. Must perform “burst” test to check weld.
8. Change out weld rolls and blades.
9. Must perform weld section mounts and other quality checks.
10. Follow safety rules and keep work area in clean and orderly condition and perform other related duties as assigned.
