We are looking for an Experienced Maintenance Technician for a growing food manufacturing company located in the Bartlett area!
3rd Shift Opportunity Available!
Pay range of $25-$30/hr. depending on experience.
3rd shift hours are Monday-Friday, 10pm-6am with OT opportunity as the business needs.
Must proficiently diagnose, repair, replace and/or overhaul all mechanical components for numerous types of equipment including but not limited to production equipment (Blenders, Grinders, Pumps, Fillers, Sealers, Cappers & Conveyors), packaging equipment (Metal detectors, Printers, Case packers & Case tapers), electrically operated equipment, variable speed controllers, hydraulic equipment, air compressors, air handlers, HVAC and related software programs, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the repair and upkeep of the facility and its machinery.
- Perform preventative (PM) maintenance tasks on company equipment.
- Execute timely hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical machine repairs per work orders.
- Perform routine maintenance around the building.
- Repair plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.
- Work on low-voltage electrical issues.
- Perform hazardous communication audits and address potential safety hazards.
- Practice and maintain efficient housekeeping.
- Other duties as assigned.
