We’re hiring an Assistant Manager in Training (AMIT) on behalf of a fast-growing car wash company that prides itself on excellent service and a strong team culture. This direct-hire role is designed for someone ready to step into leadership—gaining hands-on experience with the goal of advancing into an Assistant Manager or General Manager role.
Support daily operations to deliver smooth workflow and top-notch customer service
Assist with hiring, training, and supervising team members
Drive sales by promoting memberships and premium services
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain car wash equipment for safety and efficiency
Manage cash handling and sales transactions with accuracy
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Learn all aspects of operations to prepare for future management opportunities
Experience in retail, customer service, or leadership (preferred, not required)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and people skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor work environment
