About the Role:

Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager in Training (AMIT) on behalf of our client, a leading car wash company dedicated to providing top-tier service and a great workplace culture. This is a direct-hire opportunity with room for career growth into an Assistant Manager or General Manager role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.

• Support hiring, training, and supervising employees to maintain a high-performance team.

• Promote and upsell memberships and premium services to drive revenue.

• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.

• Monitor and maintain car wash equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.

• Oversee cash handling and sales transactions accurately.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Learn all aspects of the business to prepare for future leadership opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or leadership is preferred.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
