Experience: 6+ years in manual machining (job shop or machine shop)
Technical Skills: Manual milling, boring, drilling, tapping, turning, threading
Strong blueprint reading and basic trigonometry skills
Proficiency with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, comparators)
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a written and practical Toolmaker test
Someone who can step in and contribute immediately
3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance (5+ years strongly preferred).
Comfortable working with electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
STRONG ability to read and apply technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
Must be able to troubleshoot industrial equipment and PLC's
High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or technical certification is a plus.
