Lead Process Technician – Injection Molding | 1st Shift | Addison, IL
Pay: $35–$38/hr DOE | Full-Time | M–F 7:00 AM–3:15 PM (some Mondays 5:00 AM start)
Take your injection molding expertise to the next level! Join a growing production team in Addison and lead process improvements across multiple plants. Mentor others, optimize processes, and make an impact every day.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain process sheets for molds and machines
Improve cycle times and product quality
Train and mentor team members on SOPs, setups, and color changes
Work with Maintenance and QA to maximize uptime and quality
Explore new technologies with suppliers

What You Bring:
Experience creating and updating process sheets
Injection molding experience (Nissei, Toshiba, Roboshot preferred)
Strong English communication skills
Basic computer & math skills
Forklift license or ability to obtain
Physical Demands:
Standing/walking long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs
Use of hand tools, reaching above shoulder height, PPE usage
