Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production and injection molding equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Keep conveyors, molding machines, and other production equipment running at top performance.
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints—mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
Support continuous improvement initiatives on the plant floor.
3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance (5+ years strongly preferred).
Comfortable working with electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
STRONG ability to read and apply technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
Must be able to troubleshoot industrial equipment and PLC's
High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or technical certification is a plus.
A proactive mindset and a commitment to safety.
Not afraid to get your hands dirty and solve trouble shooting issues as needed.
