General Assembler – 1st Shift

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented General Assemblers to join our team on 1st shift. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting overall production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime may be required based on production needs

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to work instructions and specifications
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Meet daily production goals and performance expectations
• Accurately complete required production documentation
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support production needs

• Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
