Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and make adjustments to machinery as needed

• Meet or exceed production expectations consistently

• Complete production trackers with accurate and valuable comments

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Identify and communicate quality and safety issues promptly

• Support team goals and promote a positive, cooperative work environment

• Train and mentor other operators as required

• Collaborate effectively with Leads and Supervisors to ensure smooth production

• Understand and uphold quality and workmanship standards

• Assist in solving issues related to quality, safety, and production

Qualifications & Skills

• Punctual and dependable

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

• Ability to work well with others and promote teamwork

• Skilled at operating multiple machines and performing various assembly tasks

• Able to work with minimal supervision

• Experience leading or supporting a team in a manufacturing environment preferred
